There is a solution for every problem these days. Whether it is an illness, a breakup in a relation, a fight with a friend or someone in the family, we always tend to support one side by giving a solution that this is the reason why you have done this. Keeping this framework and mindset at the forefront, we similarly have a diagnosis for Love. Whatever happens with one when they fall in love; is not love, but a disease that they have been infected by to a large extent. It is hard to believe, but I am sure as you read this article forward, you will understand what I am trying to convey. This article was researched for the diagnosis, but initially received as an email by one of the doctors.

Symptoms and The Diagnosis THEN and NOW

Skippy heartbeat when you think of him/her

Diagnosis THEN: Love

Diagnosis NOW: Ventricular fibrillation and Myocardial Infarction

  • Ventricular fibrillation is a condition in which there is uncoordinated contraction of the cardiac muscle of the ventricles in the heart, making them quiver rather than contract properly. Ventricular fibrillation is the most commonly identified arrhythmia in cardiac arrest patients
  • Your doctor calls it a Myocardial Infarction when a heart attack occurs and blood flow from one part of the body to the hart is blocked for enough time that that part of the muscle is damaged or dies.

Restless trembling of hands, feet and other body parts

Diagnosis THEN: Love

Diagnosis NOW: Parkinson’s Disease

Parkinson’s disease is a disabling condition of the brain characterized by slowness of movement, shaking, stiffness, and in the later stages, loss of balance. Many of these symptoms are due to the loss of certain nerves in the brain, which results in the lack of a chemical called dopamine.

Constant smiling

Diagnosis THEN: Love

Diagnosis NOW: Bell’s Palsy

Bell’s palsy is a disorder of the nerve that controls movement of the muscles in the face. This nerve is called the facial or 7th cranial nerve. Damage to this nerve causes weakness or paralysis of these muscles. Paralysis means that you cannot use the muscles at all.

Absent mindedness, inability to focus on tasks at work or at home

Diagnosis THEN: Love

Diagnosis NOW: Early onset of Alzheimer’s Disease

Early-onset Alzheimer’s disease is an uncommon form of Alzheimer’s, accounting for only 5-10% of all Alzheimer’s cases. Approximately half the cases of early-onset Alzheimer’s are Familial Alzheimer’s disease, where a genetic predisposition leads to the disease. The other incidences of early onset Alzheimer’s, however, share the same traits as the ‘late onset’ form commonly referred to as “Alzheimer’s disease”, and little is understood about how it starts.

Weakening of knees and bursts of energy when he/she called or came over

Diagnosis THEN: Love

Diagnosis NOW: Multiple Sclerosis

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) affects women more than men. The disorder is most commonly diagnosed between ages 20 and 40, but can be seen at any age. MS is caused by damage to the myelin sheath, the protective covering that surrounds nerve cells. When this nerve covering is damaged, nerve signals slow down or stop. The nerve damage is caused by inflammation. Inflammation occurs when the body’s own immune cells attack the nervous system. This can occur along any area of the brain, optic nerve, and spinal cord.

Inability to stop thinking about him/her

Diagnosis THEN: Love

Diagnosis NOW: Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is an anxiety disorder in which people have unwanted and repeated thoughts, feelings, ideas, sensations (obsessions), or behaviors that make them feel driven to do something (compulsions). Often the person carries out the behaviors to get rid of the obsessive thoughts, but this only provides temporary relief. Not performing the obsessive rituals can cause great anxiety.

Insomnia

Diagnosis THEN: Love

Diagnosis NOW: BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia)

Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH), also known as benign prostatic hypertrophy, is a histological diagnosis characterized by proliferation of the cellular elements of the prostate. Cellular accumulation and gland enlargement may result from epithelial and stromal proliferation, impaired preprogrammed cell death (apoptosis), or both.

Feeling that you can smell, hear, feel him/her when not in his/her presence

Diagnosis THEN: Love

Diagnosis NOW: Schizophrenia

Schizophrenia is a mental disorder that makes it hard to tell the different between what is real and not real, think clearly, have normal emotional responses, and act normally in social situations.

After reading this, I am sure most of you are going to go and get yourself checked to the doctor :) I had a hard time accepting this. Now it is your turn. Watch out for these symptoms. They might NOT be love, but a caution sign to your health.
