Android Inc. has come a long way. From humble beginnings in Oct 2003 out of Palo Alto, California, it is now one of the major players in the mobile software segment. Although the resurgence of Android has been prolific of late, it has been around for over 8 years! In 8 years, there have been numerous Operating System updates and numerous phones released bearing the android name. Don’t believe me?  have a look at this neat little info-graphic created by guys over at [x]Cube Labs. For the android fan-boy, this is a revelation :)

How does it stack up against the famous iOS? That’s another story altogether…. ;) Watch this space….
