Season 4
A lot of things are happening this season. Sheldon refuses to acknowledge Amy as his girlfriend though pondering over the possibility of having a child with her for the better of mankind. Howard on the other hand seemed to have dumped by Bernadette for having sex with an online game character, but soon wins her back with a flashy show of his love for her, he later proposes to Bernadette. Meanwhile Leonard is desperate for love and finds comfort in Raj’s sister, Priya, who first disregards the relationship as a fling but then later agrees. Towards the end of the season we see Leonard moving in at Raj’s house with Priya while Raj becomes Sheldon’s new roommate; however Leonard finds out that Priya kept him in the dark about moving back to India. The season ends in a cliff hanger; it seems Raj slept with Penny.

Note: Sheldon goes for his first date; Raj figures he has feelings about Bernadette; a girl gang is formed between Penny, Amy and Bernadette and they pry on Leonard and Priya; Howard decides to live with Bernadette; Bernadette gets a PhD and a well paid job make Howard feel inferior; Priya didn’t tell her parents about Leonard because he is White.
Recurring characters introduced: Aarti Mann as Priya Koothrappali (Raj’s Sister)

Perspective:
Throughout our lives we have laughed at geeks, while we still do that quiet often on the show as well, but we also learn to laugh with the geeks. This may not be the best show ever created, but it’s one nobody hates… CBS will justify that!
